Okay! So here we have the perfect yet not so perfect Kardashian family that I love and hate because their so damn gorgeous. Last night on E! the 2 hour special on Khloe Kardashian engagement to Laker's basketball player, Lamar Odom premiered. He is so loveable in a way that despite their short time dating I believe he truly has feelings for her. Apart of me believes that their relationship will last for more than what most people think despite the fact that they have yet to understand the downside of marriage and most importantly each other.
The colorful cast definitely kept the drama going as each one of them found out about the secret engagement turned wedding. From Kim's jealousy, to Rob's obession with ex-Adrienne, to Kris's wedding dress meltdown , then Bruce's spazz out, and Kourtney's pregnancy. This wedding pushed emotions to there breaking point. Watching Kim act out about Khloe's wedding because she was getting the life she felt she deserved or better yet is entitled had her on the top of my shit list as the official "wedding hater." All I kept thinking was get a damn grip Kim! And then Rob (her brother) gave it to her. Putting her in her place, Rob shut her up telling her to stop being non supportive because it wasn't the Kim and Reggie wedding.
Then Bruce spazzed out on Khloe and that became the highlight of the night. Upset that Khloe was secretly telling everyone else about the engagement telling everyone not to tell him leaving poor Bruce to find out from the 5 o'clock news. Cursing Khloe for her insensitive behavior Bruce yelled "Fuck You" to Kloe, and ruined his chance of walking his "daughter" down the aisle. I must admit while he had every right to be upset he went a little too far. Khloe on the other hand treated Bruce as if he had no say in the matter because he technically isn't her real father. Still that was no reason for her harsh actions or tone when Bruce asked her about the matter. Rob tried mediating the matter and got nowhere, but eventually after meeting Lamar at dinner Bruce came around.
With only a week to get to know their new son-in-law and future brother-in-law the family pulled together for their daughter and sister and supported her in her decision to marry Lamar. Although Rob didn't get Adrienne back and Kim has yet to get her proposal from her ex-Reggie. Bruce walked Khloe down the aisle and Kris got to put together a beautiful wedding for her daughter. Since the wedding nearly 2 months ago Khloe and Lamar Odom seem to be doing well as they've been spotted at night clubs and with matching tattoos located on their inner thumbs each others initials. The couple plans on having children as soon as they possibly can and learn more about each other everyday that makes them more and more in love.
